
Samuel Wadzai is the founder and current Executive Director of the Vendors Imitative for Social and Economic Transformation (VISET). He is a holder of Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management, International Labour Organisation Entrepreneurship Academy Certificate and a Diploma in Diplomacy and International Relations. He is a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow and during his stay in the United States he was stationed at the University of California Berkeley pursuing the Civic Leadership track. He sits in the National Board of Director of the Zimbabwe Coalition on Debt and Development (ZIMCODD) as the Debt Trade and Economic Policy representative and is the Deputy Chairperson of Community Resilience Interventions (CRI). .

Gillian Chinzete is a feminist who is passionate about young women emancipation and has a strong background in community development work. She has wide array of knowledge in project management, lobbying and advocacy, with research interests that include peace, women’s rights, public policy and governance. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Governance, a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Peace and Governance and a Special Honours Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation. In her recent and current engagements, Gillian is prominently and passionately involved in strengthening the collective voice and power of young women and girls through policy research and advocacy.

Edward Kapodogo, has over 10 years’ experience in the development work. He is a Mandela Washington Fellow(2018) and he is a holder of a BSc Honours in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations Diploma, Executive Certificate in Project, Program Monitoring&Evaluation and Certification in Monitoring&Evaluation with ILO. Edward is motivated by strategic development initiatives focusing on informal economy governance, empowerment of women and youths and decent work.
